1. Digital Downloads

Because Lofi Space provides DRM-free digital audio files (.wav formats), all sales are considered final once the files have been downloaded to your device. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned."

2. 14-Day Grace Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly issue a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your purchase under the following conditions:

• Unused Link: You have not yet clicked the secure delivery link to download the files to your device.
• Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same track bundle multiple times.
• Technical Failure: You experience a catastrophic technical issue with the provided files that our support team is unable to resolve.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria above and would like to request a refund, please contact us immediately:

• By replying directly to your order receipt email.

Please include your Order ID or the email address used during checkout to help us process your request faster.
